Our Great Harvest breads and sweets are great to include in your favorite recipes, too! Just imagine how wonderful the turkey stuffing will taste this year if you use our Honey Whole Wheat bread crumbs.
On this page, we will feature recipes for you to try in your kitchen. We hope you will enjoy cooking with our bread just as much as we do.


1 Loaf Great Harvest Farmhouse White, Cinnamon Crunch or Challah Bread (cut into 1/2 inch bread cubes = 10 cups)
8 Eggs
3 Cups Milk
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla 3/4 Teaspoon Salt (optional)

2 Tablespoons Butter (cubed)
2 Tablespoons Sugar
2 Teaspoons ground cinnamon
Place bread cubes in a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and salt. Pour over bread cubes.
Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Remove from, the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
Dot with butter.
Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the top.
Cover and bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center of the baking dish comes out clean.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Serve with maple or fruited syrup.
